The Olivastra Seggianese cultivar is a native species widespread only in the territory overlooking Monte Amiata at altitudes between 200 and 650 meters which gives an oil of an exceptional and unmistakable quality rightly protected by a special DOP. Our Seggiano oil is obtained 100% from Olives picked before the veraison of the centuries-old trees scattered in the heart of the company and pressed in a continuous cycle. DaBibenda Olio 2021: "Green gold tone. The aromatic parade is represented by pollen, freshly cut grass, hay, pepper, golfen apple and dried fruit echoes. The taste, of medium structure, is perfectly connected to the sense of smell; a pleasant tingling accompanies a perception of dried fruit and flowers, in a pleasantly bitter finish ".
